Mistakes...
@ 2007-11-14 - 10:53:45The important things is to realise that we make mistakes everyday 
Little ones and big ones...its how they affect people thats interesting....today I made a mistake, of saying something to someone I should not have and spent at least 20 mins calming myself down.
In the end I realised it was jst a mistake, something if I had the time again I would not have done, but I dnt so what can I do? feel terrible about it or jst leave it an get on wid life 
In a way I am still talking and thinking about it now I am going to force myself to stop, find someting else to occupy my mind 
Ok thats all thanks for reading, feel free to post any ideas or experiences of how you dealt wid your little (and big if you want) mistakes.

Hi badger, just catching up on posts, been there, done it, and no matter how I try can't avoid doing it, often say the wrong thing but only realise it was the wrong thing later on, too late, it's been said, forget it and move on. but that's the hard bit isn't it.

It's always easier to look back in hindsight and see what you should have said/done. I'm always opening my mouth before putting my brain in gear and often go home cringing with the knowledge of what I've said. don't dwell on it. You can't change the past and just learn from your mistakes (as my mother used to say).

dnt mums give the best advice but most of us were prob too busy perfecting rolling our eyes while they were giving us their little wisdoms.
Anyway over it now, thks guys its nice to know I am not that wishes they could swallow their words sometimes.
